IOP ISA: the miracles he wrought by the leave of Allah (SWT) would have had to have been in strict accordance with the laws of Islam

Gramasam: I've gotta disagree with you here, ISA.  Jesus (pbuh) followed Jewish law which does permit wine.  The prohibition of "wine" is clearly
a new law in the Qu'ran.  To the best of my knowledge, it is not a Muslim belief to refute this particular miracle.

RKC: I don't think it was a "new" law. Maybe it was "not recommended", but not prohibited to the masses. Apparently, the Nazarites and John
the Baptist(p) were abstaining? I, also, remember reading somewhere that Jews don't drink grape products unless they are manufactured by
themselves. Something about not following the rituals/products of idolators. Perhaps someone can clarify for me.

Numbers 6
1 And the LORD said to Moses,
2 "Say to the people of Israel, When either a man or a woman makes a special vow, the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to the LORD,
3 he shall separate himself from wine and strong drink; he shall drink no vinegar made from wine or strong drink, and shall not drink any juice of grapes or eat
grapes, fresh or dried.
4 All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is produced by the grapevine, not even the seeds or the skins.

Luke 1
13 But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zechari'ah, for your prayer is heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth;
15 for he will be great before the Lord, and he shall drink no wine nor strong drink, and he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb.
