1. The right and duty to obtain education.
2. The right to have their own independent property.
3. The right to work to earn money if they need it or want it.
4. Equality of reward for equal deeds.
5. The right to express their opinion and be heard.
6. The right to provisions from the husband for all her needs and more.
7. The right to negotiate marriage terms of her choice.
8. The right to obtain divorce from her husband, even on the grounds that she simply can't stand him. (pls note that God deeply frowns upon
divorce as a solution unless there is hardly any other alternative but it does not mean that men have more right to divorce their wives than women
do.)
9. The right to keep all her own money (she is not responsible to maintain any relations).
10. The right to get sexual satisfaction from her husband.
11. custody of their children after divorce.
12. to refuse any marriage that does not please them and more ............ ......... ......... ......... .....and this has been established from way back in 6th
century.
We didnt follow the world to give women rights. Its west that have adopted Islamic principles in giving women finally their right.

- When world was ignoring women Islam came and give them rights
- When world use to ignore divorcees and widows (even till 18th and 19th century) Islam way back in 6th century gave them social status and
right to marry. - When world use to kill their baby girls Islam came and forbid it
- When world gave hereditary rights to first born son. Islam came and give hereditary rights to girls and definite share for them in their
fathers, brothers and husband‘s property. - When world was not able to conceive idea of a women leading, voting Islam give them right to be educated, vote and lead..
- When world was using them as sex objects (still does) Islam came and protected their piety. Man and women are allowed to have sex only if
they r husband and wife. - The world asked Dowry from girl’s family but Islam established that it is Husband who has to give Mehar (share of certain amount at the
time of marriage) to the bride.
